To provide the best experience for all clients, please review our policies:

CANCELLATION/PUNCTUALITY:
Please provide at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.
Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours' notice, as well as appointments over 15 minutes late, may be subject to a rebooking fee of $25 for services under $150 and $50 for services over $150.

SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY:
Before-and-after photos may be taken and used on social media, our website, and other marketing materials.
By agreeing to have your photo taken, you are also giving permission for those images to be shared publicly.
We love when guests share their new hair and tag us! If you prefer not to have your face shown, simply let us know before photos are taken.

NO-SHOWS
Missing an appointment without notice is considered a no-show and will result in a $50 rebooking fee.
Rebooking fees must be paid before scheduling a future appointment

SERVICE SATISFACTION & ADJUSTMENTS:
Every service is customized to each guest, and because of the time, products, and expertise invested in your appointment, refunds are not offered on salon services.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns about your hair, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss a solution.
Adjustments may be offered when the result differs from the original consultation and must be completed within 14 days of the service.
Please note that requests for a different color, style, or result than what was agreed upon during the consultation are considered a new service and will be priced accordingly.
